RTV Cinema

Grab a big bowl of buttered popcorn, a large cherry Slurpee, and a super-size box of Junior Mints. Here is all the video that is fit to be shown, and some that might be better off on the cutting-room floor.

The video clips are arranged by rocket (which are listed in alphabetical order) and sorted by high and low resolution. The video quality of the high-resolution mpegs are, of course, considerably better than the low-resolution version. In some cases the low-resolution videos are also edited to be smaller, thus further reducing download time. If you screen the low-resolution videos first you may save yourself from suffering through a long download, but you may also miss some extra shots that are only found in the high-resolution version.

The accompanying photo was included to remind you which rocket is starring in that video, but may or may not be lifted from that clip.

NOTE: The streaming video is recommended if you have a high-speed internet connection and no firewall restrictions - it is fast and high quality. Use the MPEGS (high or low resolution downloadable files, depending on your connection speed) if streaming video is not an option

The Evil Dr Manchu's Avenging Projectile of Doom (TEDMAPOD)
ON BOARD VIDEO
A hard-knock flight: Good boost, and drogue deployment at apogee; but the shock cord tangled and aft section flew into the drogue chute, which collapsed. It also collided with the payload section, smashing the tube and ejecting the main, and knocked the altimeter offline. The rocket landed softly under two chutes, but returned with heavy damage. The video helped explain why.
