Ok. We confess. The terms used on the rating scales are silly and pretentious, but we often find silly and pretentious to be amusing - at least we do when we are the ones being silly and pretentious. If you find this to be both annoying and confusing, then ignore the rest of this page and just remember this much simpler definition: 1 bad, 5 good.

Meaning: Ineffective, worthless

Meaning: receiving or entitling one to receive advantage, use, or benefit

Bizarre Scale

Meaning: occurring every day

pathological

Function: adjective
Meaning: of or relating to something abnormal; deviating from propriety or from an assumed normal state
